With an expansive pan-India presence and a dedicated design/engineering team, we leverage our state-of-the-art facilities to provide customers with the finest in electrical innovation. Join us as we advance the realms of quality and redefine the customer experience.

The Role’s Mission

As our Industrial Electrician, you are the guardian of our operational uptime. Your mission is to ensure that the “beating heart” of our manufacturing facility—our machinery and infrastructure—never stops beating. You don’t just “fix things”; you proactively engineer a reliable environment where innovation can happen without interruption. In a brand dedicated to electrical excellence, you are the internal benchmark for electrical safety, precision, and performance.

The Role: On-Site Reliability

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our facility. You will be responsible for the health of our industrial machinery and the facility’s electrical infrastructure.

  • Standard Shift: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM.
  • Agility Requirement: As a growth-oriented company, occasional extended shifts or emergency response may be required during critical electrical failures to ensure operations resume immediately.

Key Outcomes (First 6 Months)

  • Zero Downtime Initiative: Establish and execute a Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS) for all critical machinery to reduce unscheduled breakdowns by 20%.
  • Facility Audit: Complete a comprehensive electrical audit of the site, identifying and resolving any latent safety or efficiency issues in power panels and wiring.
  • SOP Integration: Partner with the Operations team to document standard electrical troubleshooting steps for major machinery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Machinery Maintenance: Perform diagnostic testing, repair, and routine maintenance on industrial machines (PLCs, motors, drives, and specialized manufacturing equipment).
  • Facility Electricals: Manage all facility-related electrical work, including power distribution, lighting, DB dressing, and earthing systems.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the first responder for all electrical faults, utilizing systematic troubleshooting to minimize production delays.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all electrical installations and repairs strictly follow company SOPs and national safety standards.
  • Spare Management: Maintain an organized inventory of critical electrical spares to ensure immediate availability during failures.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance activities, failures, and component replacements within our tracking systems.
  • ISI Lab Maintenance: Assist with the electrical maintenance and upkeep of the ISI Testing Lab. Ensure testing benches and specialized equipment meet the rigorous electrical requirements needed for certification testing.

What You Bring

  • The “Hands-On” Expert: You have a deep understanding of industrial circuitry and the grit to solve complex problems under pressure.
  • Go-Getter Attitude: You don’t wait for a machine to break. You are proactive in looking for “hot spots” or signs of wear before they cause a shutdown.
  • Safety First Mindset: You treat every wire with respect and never bypass safety protocols for the sake of speed.
  • Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi (minimum) and English to coordinate with both ground-level staff and management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years as an Industrial Electrician, specifically within a manufacturing plant environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience in reading electrical schematics, troubleshooting industrial panels, and maintaining heavy machinery.
  • Education/Certification: ITI Electrician or Wireman license is mandatory. A Diploma in Electrical Engineering is a plus.
  • Physical Readiness: Ability to work on-site and the flexibility to stay back during emergency electrical failures to restore power/operations.
